Beer Can Chicken (a.k.a. tonight's cooking experiment) »

It’s Labor Day and my uncle is over for dinner so my mom decided a special meal was in order. I’m using this recipe’s instructions with Blue Moon, and my mom is using a slightly different recipe that says to put the rub inside the chicken and beer as well as on the skin with Stella Artois. We made a different rub that uses paprika and less brown sugar. I’m cooking mine on a grill and she put hers in the oven.

I kind of don’t care how it turns out. I put a can of beer in a chicken.
