Fried eggs in orange bell peppers topped with slightly fried shallots and jack cheese, Lady Grey tea, sourdough toast.

So good. I cooked the bell peppers a little before dropping the eggs in. The eggs make a little bit of a mess because they really don’t like staying in bell peppers, but it’s completely worth it and I would recommend trying it.
